March Features at Chuck’s Burgers
It's March Madness here at Chuck's. Check out what we have going on for special features this month.
The Chicken-Fried Chuck: It was inevitable, right? A burger joint located next to a fried chicken restaurant means only one thing: deep-fried burgers, topped with lettuce, pickles, onions and mustard.
Classic Chili: We thought it was time to get in touch with our favorite ballpark classic. Hence, this month we'll be featuring a classic chili dog, topped with onions and mustard.
Hot Fries: Heat-freaks, meet your new obsession. We toss an order of fries with chili oil from the Nashville hot chicken sandwich at Beasley's, then serve it with our buttermilk-herb sauce, a bunch of pickles, and some iceberg lettuce wedges to help cool things down. (Available starting Monday, March 13)
Rathskeller Fries: There's a long story behind these crazy delicious cheese-fries. Ashley moved to Raleigh at age eighteen to attend North Carolina State University, and one of her first discoveries was the Rathskeller, a bar planted in the middle of the campus-adjacent main drag of Hillsborough Street. Sage friends who referred to themselves as “Olde Raleigh” showed her how to battle her hangovers with the magical combination of Monterey cheese fries (steak fries covered in melted Monterey Jack cheese and roasted green chiles) and a soup cup–size side of the most craveable tahini dressing you could ever dream up. This is our homage to that classic dish, with a few updates: in addition to Monterey Jack, the fries are topped with feta and molten cheese sauce. (Available starting Monday, March 13)
