Roasted beets with whipped Gorgonzola, avocado, citrus, sunflower shoots, and smoked pecan vinaigrette
Charcuterie plate with rabbit rillette, Lady Edison country ham, and chicken liver mousse with our pickles and two mustards
Fritto Misto of squid, shrimp, oysters, and artichoke with champagne-Dijon aioli, Castelvetrano olive, and espelette
