Join us on Monday, February 18th, for the return of People’s Cocktail--a competitive cocktail fundraising event at Fox Liquor Bar.
The premise is simple: each of our bartenders will make a featured drink and pick a favorite charity. You, the people, come to drink, and we will donate the proceeds of the featured cocktails to the charity picked by the bartender with the most popular drink. That’s right, every drink you order equals one vote for that bartender’s charity.
But what good is competitive cocktailing without snacks? Joining us for a good cause is guest chef Teddy Diggs. He’ll be featuring a preview menu from his upcoming restaurant, Coronato, a Roman-style pizza spot opening in Carrboro later this year. Think rosemary and sea salt foccacia, fava falafel with herbs, lemon, and yogurt, and several pizza options to choose from (with all proceeds also going to the winning charity.)
Craft cocktails, craft Roman pizza, and a charitable cause… this is an event you can’t miss. Mark your calendars and head to Fox for this night of fun and good-hearted rivalry.
