Fish Stew Rescue at Poole’s
We're honored to be participating in Fish Stew Rescue at Poole's Diner this week. This nationwide initiative organized by Chef & the Farmer chef Vivian Howard is raising money for hurricane relief in Eastern North Carolina through a humble dish: fish stew. We'll be serving our take on the dish (which features shrimp, oysters, rock fish, new potatoes, bacon, tomatoes and a poached egg) all week--the proceeds will be donated toward this important effort.
