We will be reopening gradually, with limited services to start, and will build back to a full schedule for dine-in service in stages.
We have been operating in a take-out only model since March 2020, to try to mitigate the risk of infection for staff and guests during the pandemic. We have made the decision to reopen based on the reduction in community spread; and access to vaccinations for our staff, and an increasing percentage of the public.
We are SO excited to reopen! We truly have missed you. That said, we ask for your understanding in that we will continue to enforce limited capacity restrictions and follow CDC guidelines surrounding mask-wearing, and will be requiring you to do the same while in our spaces. We will be building back gradually to ensure an incredible experience for everyone. We appreciate your patience and understanding—we’re almost there!

Check out our options of Christmas breakfast, sides, and desserts, available for pick up on the 23rd or the 24th. We’ll start with breakfast: homemade cinnamon rolls, quiche lorraine, or Beasley’s biscuits. And then you can round out your dinner plans with our sides, including mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese custard, and braised collards. And for dessert? Pies, cookies, and the most luxurious Videri chocolate ganache tart we could come up with. See the full menu here.
Our pickup windows will be Monday, December 23rd and Tuesday, December 24th from 10am to 4pm--you can come anytime during that window to pick up your order.
What’s the best way to wind down from the week? A spritz, naturally.
And we’re happy to oblige at Poole’side Pies with our Poole’side Aperitivo, starting this Friday from 4 to 5pm, and occuring every Friday for the rest of the month!
Aperitivo is an Italian tradition, typically at the end of the work day, where you relax over a low-alcohol beverage (often a spritz or a beer) and enjoy some light snacks. All over Italy, right around the end of the work day, bartenders will set out platters of snacks for guests to enjoy with their beverages. It's a relaxing way to wind down the day or week.
We wanted to bring that tradition to Poole'side. Every Friday, we invite you to join us for "Poole'side Aperitivo", a casual cocktail party with Aperol Spritzes, Peronis, and a variety of snacks (think deviled prosciutto toast and brown-butter potato chips with cacio e pepe mayo). Your ticket ($20) is all-inclusive of food and beverage. Please note that this event ends promptly at 5pm. Our regular food and beverage menu is not available during this event. We regret that we are not able to honor dietary restrictions for this event.
